- Let's get a few things out of the way: The hunting world is a big place, and every hunt is different. Space doesn't allow us to list every detail regarding hunting deposits, regulations, fees, or variables associated with every destination we offer.
- The prices listed on this website are believed to be accurate at the time they're published. That said, outfitters adjust rates, governments change fees, airlines raise costs, and currencies do what currencies do. In other words, prices can change without notice.
- Every photo you see on this website comes from our hunts and our clients. No stock photos. No borrowed trophies. No rented success stories.
- We don't guarantee success on any hunt. This is hunting, not shopping. Wild animals don't read the itinerary, and that's exactly why we're drawn to them.
- Deposits, licenses, permit fees, and other prepaid expenses are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
- All hunts booked through Trophy Expeditions are subject to our Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
- Hunting involves risk, and international hunting risks are part of the adventure. If that makes you uncomfortable, this may not be your kind of vacation. We strongly recommend travel and hunt insurance to protect your investment. We can assist.
- Trophy Expeditions cannot be held responsible for trophy loss, damage, theft, shipping issues, customs delays, political decisions, regulatory changes, import restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- If you're pursuing a CITES-listed species, understand that hunting regulations can change. Governments can change. Import policies can change. That's simply part of hunting internationally. While we'll help navigate the process every step of the way, no one, not us, not your outfitter, not your taxidermist, can control those outcomes.
- The wild still plays by its own rules. We just help get you there.
